U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Cloud Based Service Management
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (U.S. ACE) is one of the nation's largest and most respected public engineering, design and construction management organizations. With environmental sustainability as a guiding principle, the Corps team is working diligently to strengthen America's security by building and maintaining infrastructure and providing military facilities where our service members train, work and live.
Like many government agencies and private enterprises, U.S. ACE, is responsible for the operation of critical facility-based systems are facing a multitude of operational and fiscal challenges coupled with unprecedented security threats. Consistent execution and continuous improvement of the infrastructure systems lifecycle management processes are critical to successfully overcoming these challenges.
AccessAgility partnered with M.C. Dean to bring a cloud based Preventative and Corrective Maintenance solution to support several programs and contracts across diverse geographical regions. The work will be accomplished through numerous reoccurring tasks and service orders each month. As part of the ongoing effort to improve efficiency and performance, M.C. Dean's InfraLink cloud-based PM/CM management application will be used to provide a central repository for all tasks, orders, and associated data.
